Ingredients

  • Jalapeno - 1 small, seeded and finely chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Mango - 1 large, diced
  • Rhubarb - 2 stalks, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced rhubarb, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the rhubarb and mango mixture.
