Ingredients

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon

  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

  • Green onions - 4, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrots - 2 medium, grated
  • Red cabbage - 1 small head, shredded

Instructions
