Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Raspberries - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the raspberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the raspberry puree and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the raspberry mixture. Stir well to combine.
