Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Raspberries - 1 cup
  • Peaches - 4 large, ripe

Instructions

  1. Peel and pit the peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches and raspberries until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peach and raspberry puree with sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
