Nectarine and Raspberry Ice Cream

This refreshing ice cream combines the sweetness of nectarines with the tartness of raspberries for a delightful summer treat.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Raspberries - 1 cup
  • Nectarines - 4, ripe and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the nectarines and raspberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit puree, sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
