Prosciutto and Fig Crostini

These delicious crostini are topped with prosciutto, fresh figs, and creamy goat cheese.

Ingredients

  • Fresh basil leaves - 6
  • Balsamic glaze - 2 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Goat cheese - 4 oz
  • Fresh figs - 6
  • Prosciutto - 6 slices
  • Baguette - 1

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. While the baguette slices are toasting, slice the fresh figs into thin rounds.
  5. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top each slice with a slice of prosciutto and a few slices of fresh fig.
  7. Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the crostini.
  8. Garnish each crostini with a fresh basil leaf.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
