Ingredients

  • Bacon - 6 slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Wrap the bacon slices around the meatloaf, securing them with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
