Peach and Apricot Ice Cream

This refreshing peach and apricot ice cream is made with fresh fruits and creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Apricots - 1 cup, peeled and diced
  • Peaches - 2 cups, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches and apricots until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit puree, sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
