Peach and Mango Ice Cream

This refreshing peach and mango ice cream is the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Ripe mangoes - 2, peeled and pitted
  • Ripe peaches - 3, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches and mangoes until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit puree, sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours to firm up.
  5. Serve the peach and mango ice cream in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
