Peach and Blueberry Ice Cream

This refreshing homemade ice cream combines the flavors of ripe peaches and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk - 1 cup
  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Blueberries - 1 cup
  • Ripe peaches - 4, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the diced peaches until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peach puree, blueberries, sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours to firm up.
