Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Radishes - 1 bunch, trimmed and halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the radishes, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the radishes are well coated.
  3. Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
