Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
  • Egg - 1, beaten

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
  • Chicken tenders - 1 lb

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, then coat it with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
