Ingredients

  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - 1 tablespoon, dried
  • Pork chops - 4 bone-in chops

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the oregano, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle the oregano mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
