Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Pork chops - 4 boneless, thick-cut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
