Orange and Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

This flavorful pork tenderloin is marinated in a mixture of orange juice, rosemary, garlic, and spices, then roasted to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Orange juice - 1/2 cup
  • Pork tenderloin - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the orange juice, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  5. Roast the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
