Thyme and Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh thyme - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pork tenderloin - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped thyme, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the thyme and garlic mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  4. Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
