Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
  • Egg - 1
  • Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Ground turkey - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
