Mole Coffee

This unique and flavorful coffee combines the rich taste of chocolate with the warmth of traditional Mexican mole sauce.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa nibs - For garnish
  • Whipped cream - For topping
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coffee - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a coffee filter, combine the ground coffee, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili powder, and brown sugar.
  2. Brew the coffee using your preferred method.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  4. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug and top with the hot milk.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa nibs for garnish.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
