Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil - For frying
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
  • Crab meat - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they're golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve the krabbekaker with remoulade sauce and lemon wedges.
