Ingredients
Lemon wedges - For serving
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1, beaten
Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Old bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
Crab meat - 1 pound, lump or jumbo lump
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the crab cakes hot with lemon wedges on the side.
