These Korean BBQ beef skewers are marinated in a flavorful sauce and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
Salt and pepper - To taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Green onions - 4, chopped
Pear - 1, grated
Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
Beef sirloin - 1.5 pounds, cut into cubes
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, grated pear, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
