Beef Bulgogi Wraps

These delicious beef bulgogi wraps are filled with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients

  • Tortillas or wraps - 4
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 4, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrots - 1 cup, julienned
  • Lettuce leaves - 8
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
  • Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  6. To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on a tortilla or wrap.
  7. Top with cooked beef, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, green onions, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Drizzle with additional sauce if desired.
  9. Roll up the wrap tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  10. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  11. Serve the beef bulgogi wraps as a delicious and flavorful meal.
