Jicama and Quinoa Salad

This refreshing salad combines jicama, quinoa, and a tangy lime dressing for a healthy and delicious side dish.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Cucumber - 1, diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, diced
  • Quinoa - 1 cup, cooked
  • Jicama - 1 medium, peeled and julienned

Instructions
