Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Hollandaise sauce - 1 cup
  • Salsa - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 4, poached
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Refried beans - 1 cup
  • English muffins - 4, split and toasted

Instructions
