Hibiscus Iced Tea Latte

This refreshing and vibrant hibiscus iced tea latte is a perfect summer drink.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves - A few, for garnish
  • Lemon slices - 2
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Hibiscus tea bags - 2

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add hibiscus tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved.
  4. Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the chilled hibiscus tea over the ice cubes.
  7. Add milk to each glass and stir gently.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
