Herzliya Hibiscus Iced Coffee

Ingredients

• Mint leaves - A few leaves
• Lemon slices - 2 slices
• Honey - 2 tablespoons
• Milk - 1/2 cup
• Ice cubes - 1 cup
• Hibiscus tea bags - 2 bags
• Water - 1 cup
• Ground coffee - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. Brew the ground coffee with water using your preferred method.
2. While the coffee is brewing, steep the hibiscus tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bags and let the hibiscus tea cool down.
4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
5. Pour the brewed coffee over the ice cubes, filling the glasses halfway.
6. Add the hibiscus tea to the glasses, filling the rest of the way.
7. Stir in the milk and honey to taste.
8. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a few mint leaves.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
