Herb Roasted Salmon with Thyme and Lemon

This herb roasted salmon is infused with the flavors of thyme and lemon, resulting in a delicious and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Fresh thyme - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salmon fillets - 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
