Grilled Shrimp

Delicious and succulent grilled shrimp marinated in a flavorful blend of spices.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or as part of a main course.
