Grilled Salmon with Herbs

This grilled salmon recipe is bursting with flavor from a blend of fresh herbs and spices.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salmon fillets - 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chopped dill, parsley, thyme, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the herb mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
