Baked Salmon with Herbs

This delicious baked salmon is seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1, sliced
  • Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salmon fillets - 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped dill, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
