Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This grilled pork tenderloin is juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a summer barbecue.

Ingredients

  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Pork tenderloin - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat.
  4. Let the pork tenderloin marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
  5. Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  6. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Remove the pork tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the grilled pork tenderloin and serve hot.
