Greek Salad

A refreshing and healthy Greek salad made with fresh vegetables, feta cheese, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 1/2 cup, pitted
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Tomatoes - 2, diced
  • Cucumber - 1, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
