Ginger Peach Iced Tea

This refreshing ginger peach iced tea is perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves - For garnish
  • Ice cubes - 2 cups
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Peaches - 2, sliced
  • Fresh ginger - 1-inch piece, sliced
  • Black tea bags - 6 bags
  • Water - 6 cups

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea bags and ginger slices to the boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and ginger slices from the pot.
  4. Add the sliced peaches, honey, and lemon juice to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  5. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
  6. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled ginger peach tea over the ice.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
