Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons, grated
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste

  • Zucchini - 2 medium

Instructions

  1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini into noodles.
  2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
