Fig and Walnut Coffee

This delicious fig and walnut coffee is a perfect blend of flavors, combining the sweetness of figs with the nuttiness of walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Hot water - 1 cup
  • Ground coffee - 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Fresh figs - 2

Instructions

  1. Slice the figs into thin rounds.
  2. In a coffee mug, add the chopped walnuts, ground coffee, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour hot water over the ingredients in the mug and stir well.
  4. Let the coffee steep for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced figs to the coffee and stir gently.
  6. Heat the milk in a small saucepan or microwave until hot.
  7. Froth the milk using a frother or whisk until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  8. Pour the frothed milk into the coffee mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam.
  9. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few chopped walnuts.
