Fig and Ricotta Stuffed Figs with Orange Marmalade

These delicious stuffed figs are filled with creamy ricotta cheese and topped with tangy orange marmalade.

Ingredients

  • Orange marmalade - 1/4 cup
  • Ricotta cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh figs - 8

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut a small slit in each fig and gently open them up.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese until smooth.
  4. Spoon a small amount of ricotta cheese into each fig.
  5. Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Drizzle the orange marmalade over the stuffed figs.
