Fig and Bacon Salad

This refreshing salad combines the sweetness of fresh figs with the savory flavor of crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Goat cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
  • Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
  • Fresh figs - 4, sliced
  • Mixed greens - 4 cups

Instructions
