Fig and Arugula Salad

This refreshing salad combines the sweetness of figs with the peppery flavor of arugula.

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Goat cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
  • Fresh figs - 6, sliced
  • Arugula - 4 cups

Instructions
