Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  • White wine - 1/4 cup
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Crab meat - 1 pound, cooked and shredded
  • Linguine pasta - 8 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the white wine and cook for another 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked and shredded crab meat to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the garlic sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
