Prawn and Crab Linguine

This delicious linguine dish is made with succulent prawns, crab meat, and a flavorful tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Crab meat - 8 ounces
  • Prawns - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
  • White wine - 1/4 cup
  • Canned chopped tomatoes - 1 can (14 ounces)
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Linguine pasta - 12 ounces

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the canned chopped tomatoes and white wine to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Add the prawns and crab meat to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  7. Serve the prawn and crab linguine hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
