Ingredients

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Instructions
