Charred Cabbage with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Tahini - 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cabbage - 1 small head, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cabbage wedges with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
