Broccoli and Ham Omelette

This delicious omelette is filled with broccoli, ham, and cheese, making it a perfect breakfast or brunch option.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 4
  • Ham - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Broccoli - 1 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, steam the chopped broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute until the edges start to set.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked broccoli and diced ham evenly over one half of the omelette.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the broccoli and ham.
  7. Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  8. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
