Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
  • Broccoli - 1 cup, chopped
  • Ham - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Eggs - 4

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced ham and chopped broccoli to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the ham and broccoli mixture in the skillet.
