Breakfast Burger

A hearty and delicious burger topped with a fried egg and bacon, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise - To taste
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 4 leaves
  • Burger buns - 4
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
  • Eggs - 4
  • Bacon - 4 slices
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Ground beef - 1 pound

Instructions

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the burgers to your desired level of doneness. Add a slice of cheese to each burger during the last minute of cooking.
  4. In another skillet, fry the eggs to your liking.
  5. Toast the burger buns and spread mayonnaise on each half.
  6. Build the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the burger patty, a slice of tomato, a slice of bacon, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately.
