Ingredients

  • Green onions - 4, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrots - 1 large, julienned
  • Firm tofu - 8 ounces, cubed
  • Bok choy - 4 cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bok choy, tofu, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
