Ingredients

  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

  • Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 4, thinly sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrots - 2 large, julienned
  • Bok choy - 4 cups, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bok choy, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
