Ingredients

  • Butter - 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • All - purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Apricots - 1 kg, pitted and halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apricots, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix well to coat the apricots.
  3. Transfer the apricot mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, and butter. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apricots in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apricots are bubbling.
