Apricot Crisp Yogurt

Ingredients

  • Butter - 3 tablespoons, melted
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Flour - 1/4 cup
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Apricots - 3 cups, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the apricots, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the apricot mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apricot mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apricots are tender.
