Zucchini Noodles with Grilled Chicken

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh basil - A handful, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Zucchini - 4 large, spiralized
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill on medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- While the chicken is grilling, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
